Handle on suit case was broken in boarding ship.
Disney took luggage and fixed handle.
Handle worked just fine, looked different but who cares it is luggage.
Disney calls, we say it is good, and thanks.
Disney calls next day and says we don't think we fixed it right.
Mom says no, all is good. Disney says no can we come to your room?
Disney comes and apologizes and gives new black suit case.

This family run business was a bit further from Cocoa Beach than a few others we found. But at an hour and a bit away it was well worth it. Saw lots of gators and other amazing animals and our guide was great.
This place is just the best! The kids enjoyed the scope and scale of the rockets and the cool exhibits. Dad loved the history of the space program and the future to come. Seeing the Falcon Heavy up on a launch pad was an absolute thrill.
Universal Studios - Harry Potter
We picked Universal Studios for all the Harry Potter rides, stores and experience. It was definitely worth it. We didn't get as much out of the rest of the parks as some rides were dated. But going for HP and Dr. Seuss-land was great!
If you get to fly WestJet make sure you download their app beforehand. The in-flight entertainment through the app is great. Tonnes of movies, TV and radio to listen to. No other screens on the flight so bring those tablets and phones. Plus each seat has a traditional outlet for charging any devices.
