Vacations
We love taking our kids on vacations. It is a great opportunity to expose them to awesome new experiences and people. When you take a kid and put them in a new place they open up their brain vacumm and suck up all the new and interesting things that are taking place around them.
Sounds glorious doesn’t it…
Well even the best laid plans get thrown out the window when you get a flat tire,
Three kids in the back of a rental truck….weeeee!
or your youngest gets wicked diarrhea in Mexico,
To tired and sick to swim in Mexico
or you lock your keys in your van…..

The reality is that vacations and trips are only as fun as you make them each and every minute that you are on them. It is a great idea to plan ahead and try to figure out what attractions you want ot go to, but be prepared for lost luggage and roll with it.
We are going to attempt to show you how we plan our trips. We will post about every hotel, restaurant, park, and activity we do so that you may learn from our successes and mistakes. The information we provide will be specific to certain locations and places, but we hope to provide information that can assist all families even if you are going where we have not.
