Now this is a little late, about 4 months, but better late than even later.
We took off from home and landed in Galveston Texas and then boarded a Carnival cruise to Central America.
The cruise was a 7 day cruise on the Carnival Vista out of Galveston.
This was our second cruise so we knew what to expect more and were looking forward to the pools, ice cream, coffee in the AM and all the shows and movies on the deck.
It was good to have G&G with us again so we could spread out 5 family members out and not get hosed by having to get a massive suite.
We made stops in Roatan, Honduras, Nicaragua and Mexico on the way back.
someone enjoyed the sun and all the reading opportunities
Overall the cruise was a blast. From the easy meals, great staff, nice pools and activities and awesome stops and excursions we would do it again. Carnival was good too, I think they have a good setup for families and teenagers but would likely try another cruise line next time to see how they stack up to Disney and now Carnival.
